Reports, patient files, lab results, beds, supplies and insurance billing ran on Excel, typing by hand and sometimes paper. In 4 weeks we connected it all into one company brain, and the paperwork started doing itself.

The challenge
More admin than medicine.
The head of a department spent more time on reports than on patients. Data came in wrong, deadlines were missed and reports were rushed. Nurses were overworked, and the team could not respond on time.
Overtime pay was eating the hospital's budget. Everything ran on Excel, data typed by hand, and sometimes paper.
- Overtime pay
- Late reports
- Wrong data
- Typing by hand
- Paper files
- Burned-out staff
The request
Less paperwork. No overtime. Reports on time.
They needed patient information in one place, reports that build themselves, and a team that goes home on time.
What we built
Eight pieces, one company brain.
- 01
Company brain
Patients, labs, beds, supplies, insurers and staff in one place. Each doctor, nurse and floor team sees what they need, and patient data stays protected.
- Before
- Excel and paper
- After
- one source
- 02
Patient memory
Each patient's needs and medical history, ready for the next shift.
- Before
- scattered files
- After
- one file per patient
- 03
Lab results
Results land in each patient's file, and the right doctor reviews them.
- Before
- typed by hand
- After
- sent to a doctor
- 04
Care steps
Step-by-step flows for nurses and doctors, per procedure.
- Before
- by hand
- After
- guided
- 05
Beds and tasks, live
Every bed and patient tracked in real time. Tasks go to the right person and get reported.
- Before
- nobody knew
- After
- live
- 06
Supplies
Every supply tracked through its life, by brand, type, use and need.
- Before
- manual counts
- After
- tracked
- 07
Insurance billing
Bills go to insurers on their own, so payment comes in on time.
- Before
- paid late
- After
- paid on time
- 08
Live reports
Official health reports build themselves, NOM-045 compliant.
- Before
- rushed by hand
- After
- always ready
