Who is responsible for your data

Snuper, the trade name of our company incorporated in Colombia (full legal name, tax ID and address available on request at hello@snuper.io) ("Snuper", "we"), is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact: hello@snuper.io.

What data we collect

  • Data you give us in the contact form: name, work email, company, message and the language you use.
  • Technical data our servers record when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time.
  • One preference cookie that remembers your language. We use no advertising or analytics cookies today; if we add them, we will ask for your consent first.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
  • To keep the site secure and working.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

We process contact data with your consent, which you give with the checkbox in the form, and to take steps you request before a contract. Technical data is processed for our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the site and reply to you (cloud hosting and email), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for us. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. When that happens we use contracts and safeguards required by the law that applies to you.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, object to or limit its use, withdraw your consent, and ask for a copy of it. This includes your ARCO rights in Mexico, your rights under Law 1581 of 2012 in Colombia and your rights under the LGPD in Brazil. Write to hello@snuper.io with your name and your request. We answer within the deadlines set by the law that applies to you. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at people under 18.
